SZS-type Water-tube Steam Boiler

Low Nitrogen and Environmental Protection  

  • The boiler adopts the design concept of flue gas cascade waste heat recovery. A flue gas condenser is installed at the tail of the boiler body, which not only reduces the flue gas temperature (<100℃) and improves boiler efficiency, but also reduces harmful components in the flue gas.  
  • Well-known brand burners and a reasonable furnace structure are selected to ensure complete combustion. The flue gas emission components meet the environmental protection indicators for Class I areas in China, and the noise is lower than the national standard.

    High Efficiency and Energy Saving

    • The heating surface of the boiler is reasonably arranged, technical parameters are appropriately selected, and the heat transfer area is redundant, so it has a certain overload capacity.  
    • The boiler adopts a countercurrent arrangement for flue gas and working medium, with a large average temperature difference and good heat transfer. The furnace volume is reasonably selected to ensure complete fuel combustion. The thermal insulation materials are aluminum silicate felt and ultra-fine glass wool, with a total thickness of about 200mm. An air interlayer is set between the two insulation layers, which minimizes heat dissipation loss of the boiler, greatly improves thermal efficiency, saves fuel, and reduces operation costs.  
    • The condenser not only absorbs a large amount of sensible heat from the flue gas but also a large amount of latent heat, making the boiler efficiency higher than that of ordinary boilers. The condensing waste heat recovery device is made of special ND steel resistant to acid and chloride ion corrosion, which greatly prolongs the service life of the boiler.  

    Safety

    • The boiler adopts micro-positive pressure combustion, and the furnace wall tubes are of full membrane structure, with a certain bearing capacity. It will not leak smoke or air when operating under micro-positive pressure.  
    • The boiler is a double-drum longitudinal type with a small water capacity, using gas (oil) as fuel and having very little heat storage in the furnace. The vaporization rate of water after a power outage is low, making the power outage protection operation simple.  
    • The boiler is equipped with explosion-proof doors and a furnace pressure monitoring device to ensure safe and reliable operation.  

    Convenience

    • Manhole devices are arranged at the front and rear of the upper and lower drums, and inspection doors are arranged at the rear of the furnace and on the flue for convenient maintenance.  
    • The boiler is an integrated packaged boiler, which shortens the installation cycle while meeting the transportation size requirements. At the same time, the aluminum outer casing is connected to the skeleton with bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
