SZS-type Hot Water Water-tube Boiler

Good and reliable water circulation: starting from the front of the upper drum, passing through the convection tube bundle into the lower drum, then from the lower drum through the convection tube bundle back into the upper drum, repeating this cycle. It flows upward and downward along the set process from front to back against the flue gas flow direction, and finally is led out from the water outlet pipe seat at the rear of the upper drum into the heating network system.  09.jpg

    • D-type furnace natural circulation with micro-positive pressure combustion; cold air cannot leak in, which increases the furnace temperature, reduces flue gas volume, decreases exhaust gas heat loss, and enhances both combustion and heat transfer efficiency.  
    • The thermal insulation materials are selected as aluminum silicate felt and ultra-fine glass wool, with a high total thickness. An air interlayer is used between the two insulation layers, minimizing boiler heat dissipation loss, greatly improving thermal efficiency, saving fuel, and reducing operation costs.  
    • The boiler adopts countercurrent arrangement for flue gas and working medium, featuring a large average temperature pressure and good heat transfer. The furnace volume is reasonably selected to ensure complete fuel combustion.  
    • The boiler is an integrated packaged boiler, which shortens the installation cycle while meeting the transportation size requirements.
