QXS-type Hot Water Water-tube Boiler

  • The boiler has a direct-through structure, ensuring smooth flue gas flow without vibration.
  • With two completely independent furnace chambers, the flames and airflow do not interfere with each other, enabling stable combustion and achieving a combustion adjustment ratio of 1:20.
  • The volumetric condenser features a large water flow cross-section, with negligible water resistance. The vertical structural design utilizes the density difference of water: low-temperature water enters from the bottom of the condenser, and after being heated, the reduced density causes hot water to rise, forming counter current heat exchange with flue gas for high-efficiency heat transfer.
  • The split integrated design not only ensures product quality but also saves on-site installation time and costs.
  • The overall height of the boiler is less than 4.5 meters, minimizing vibration risks.
