Integral Superheated Steam Water-tube Boiler
- The superheater is installed behind the flue gas outlet of the main body. With a low inlet flue gas temperature, the superheater operates under superior conditions, effectively avoiding rapid overheating, burnout, and tube explosion of the superheater tubes.
- The superheater uses finned tubes, providing a large heat absorption area.
- The surface-type attemperator is adopted, where the attemperating water does not directly contact the superheated steam. It is suitable for various medium and low-pressure boilers and has no special requirements for the water quality of the cooling water.
- Installation and maintenance are simple and convenient. Since the superheater is not located inside the furnace body, maintenance can be carried out by directly opening the shell plates on both sides of the superheater.
