Direct-flow Steam Water-tube Boiler
- A top-mounted large steam drum is independently set, which can not only make the water circulation more reliable, but also provide a larger steam space, so that the steam quality is better.
- The height of the boiler tube bundle and membrane wall is only 50% of that of the bulk boiler, which greatly reduces the vibration risk during operation.
- After full combustion, the flame goes from the furnace part to the convection part, economizer, condenser and directly to the chimney. The flue gas route has no turns, the overall resistance of the boiler is small, and there is no vibration risk.
- The boiler is manufactured and inspected in the factory, and is divided into three major parts: the furnace body, economizer and condenser. On site, it can be used only by connecting the pipes.
